Willie James Montgomery, Jr. was born August 22, 1951 in Montgomery,  Alabama to the late Willie James Montgomery, Sr. and Laura Montgomery.  He was called to Heaven's gates on April 22, 2021, where he joined his parents; sisters, Vernetta Pinson, and Deborah F.
