Damon, I was understandably surprised and saddened by Nichole's death. She was a wonderful person, a great nurse and a dear friend. There are so many happy memories of working with her that I shall treasure for a very long time. I am so very sorry for your loss and equally sorry I was out of town during her service and unable to express my condolences to you personally. We share your loss and sorrow and pray for you all.
