My heart goes out to the Brown and Gilmer Family and may God give you comfort @ this difficult time. Eugene was a wonderful gentlemen and he will be truly missed. GOD GOT AN ANGEL.....RIP EUGENE!!!!!

I was very sad to hear about the passing of Gene Jr. I've known the family for a very long time. I watched those children grow up and become adults. I've been very close to some of the older Brown and Gilmer family members, those living and those who have passed on. There is never an easy way to take losing a child and I know myself from experience, but I pray God will give Theresa and Eugene Sr. as well as all the other family members the strength and comfort to make it through this trying time. Gene has made it over and now rest in the arms of the Lord. Let us rejoice that he has made it over and we'll see him again some day. Be strong and encouraged that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord...2 Cor. 5:8...God Bless You All..

Dear Brown family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Eugene. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones as well as do away with all causes we have for suffering, including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will comfort your family also.
