Wyolene Bailey and her children offer their condolences to the wife, children, grandchildren and siblings of our cousin. We have many memories of Charles, and these will be treasured during the years ahead. Charles served his country well, and we are thankful for his service. The values he showed in service of his country were learned from his parents. The love he showed to his wife and family were an example his children now show to the grandchildren. Charles held a special place in the affections of those who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
