Yvonne was born December 15th 1959, to mother Augusta Travis and father Lue James Travis

She accepted Christ and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She graduated from South High School and worked in the nursing healthcare field. She enjoyed spending time with her family/friends, she was a shining star in any room she entered so beautiful, loyal, and goal driven with an heart of gold that will do anything for the ones she loved.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Argusta Travis & Lue James Travis; son, Eirsrick Scruggs; husband, John Tyson; sisters, Dorothy Travis, Isabella Travis, Betty Jean Harris, and Geraldine Travis; brothers, David Travis, Willie Travis, Johnny Ray Travis and Ernest Travis.

She is survived by her son Drew Scruggs, Children: Jawaun Scruggs, Deasianet Scruggs, Drew Scruggs Jr; Grandchildren, Na’Kiya Scruggs, Eisrick Scruggs Jr, Erick Scruggs, Nar’Shay Scruggs and Esrick Scruggs III; Great Grandchildren, Tayden Dowdell, Shamiya Davis, Marquelle Beckett, Marlee Beckett and Jordan Scruggs; siblings, Gloria Travis, Johnny Ray Travis, Linda Travis, Cynthia Travis, James Boyer, Barbara Watts and Lola Wilson; Close to kin, Rick Scruggs Tanisha Motley, Tana Lucas, Fredricka Mcgowan, Lonnie Beasley, Vequita Colbert, Mrs. Cassandra, Belinda and a host of other relatives and many friends.
