VONDA R. CLIFTON

Vonda R. Clifton, age 65, of Canton, Ohio, passed away on March 6, 2025.  On April 30, 1959, a beautiful baby girl was born to the late Mary Virginia Davis and Robert A. Claybrooks. 

Vonda was a graduate of Warrensville Heights High School and Kent State University in Kent Ohio.  She was a dental assistant until her health began to fail.

Vonda was preceded in death by brothers, Albert Lee “Sonny” Claybrooks, Robert A. Claybrooks; and sister, Linda F. Claybrooks.

Vonda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 21 years, Kenneth Lamar Clifton; her four children, Jerry Bynum, Alexis Clifton, Lawrence Burfitt, Lauren Renee; sisters, Brenda J. Spencer, Patricia A. Claybrooks, Saundra L. Claybrooks; and her brother, Ronald H. Claybrooks; 7 grandchildren, Kenneth Deveaux, Ace Deveaux, Jamario Deveaux, Brianna Deveaux, Skylar Summers and Malia Summers; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
