Vivian Ann McIntyre of Canton, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2020, following a long courageous well– fought battle with a terminal illness.
Vivian is most known for her amazing faithfulness and obedient serving of our dear Lord, her dedication, unselfishness, and unconditional love she showed her family, but most of all her grandchildren. She is known for her amazing taste in attire, her beautiful, angelic soprano singing voice, and her graceful poised talent as a Spirit mime dancer. Vivian is the epitome of strength, courage, wisdom, gracefulness, class, purity, and love. She is truly a God fearing woman and will be deeply missed. Her legacy and the impact which she has left with those who knew and love her will last a lifetime. God has received his Angel, let us rejoice.
Vivian was preceded in death by her father Horace McIntyre; grandmother, Anne McIntyre (who she was named after): (3) of her favorite uncles, Richard and Leo McIntyre and Gus Mackey; aunt, Rosie Mackey; (2) brothers, Timothy McIntyre and Glen McIntyre, Sr.
Vivian’s legacy will live on through her (2) children, Taevia Thornwell of Canton, Xavier McIntyre of Florida; (2) grandchildren, whom were her absolute pride and joy, Zyaire and Zola Thornwell; mother, Louise McIntyre; brother, Horace McIntyre; niece, Shantell White; favorite nephew (as he’d remind her, ”Aunt Viv I’m your only nephew!”) long-time best friends, Debbie Ford Nelson and Renee Ford Trawick as well as a host of uncles, cousins and friends.
