VERA M ANDERSON

Vera Mae Anderson, 85, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on July 25, 2025. Born in Skene, Mississippi, to Fred and Finise Jackson, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by children Leslie Stovall, Cedric Mitchell, Vera Lynette Parker (David), Charmaine Anderson, and Amy Wynn (Devaughn); brothers Melvin Jackson and Verdell Hall (Gwendolyn); sister-in-law Victoria Jackson; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and grandson Giovanni Brooks.
