T’Preen Elexenia Horn, age 44, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 25, 2021.  Born in Canton, Ohio on December 22, 1976 to Carolyn and the late Glenn Horn. 

T’Preen was a graduate of Timken Sr. High School as well as a graduate of Stark State College, where she earned her Nursing Certification.  She served as a proud and dedicated nurse at Mercy Medical Stat Care for 10 years.  She also worked at Twin Valley Behavioral Health for 6 years.  She was loved and cherished by all her colleagues and coworkers. 

T’Preen could light up any room with her big beautiful smile, and her vibrant personality.  She adored her family and they adored her.  Everywhere she went she bragged about her daughters, they were the light of her life. She loved good food and good company.  T’Preen loved to have a good time and was known for being the life of the party.  She enjoyed watching a good television sitcom that she could laugh at and find the humor that would pertain to her life. T’Preen was definitely one of a kind and will forever be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her father, T’Preen is preceded in death by her grandparents, Horace and Mary Lou Horn,  as well as Leroy and Ruth Slater.

She leaves to cherish her memory (2) daughters, Kayla and Shayalay Horn; her mother and stepfather, Carol and Lloyd Earl; (2) aunts, Peggy Wade and a loving auntie who was affectionately known as “Auntie Mom” Debbie Slater; (2) brothers, Kenneth (Melody) Slater, Stephen (Shonna) Horn; (2) sisters, Tiffany Horn, Felounese Horn; (4) nephews, Stephen Horn Jr., Qwan Wilkins, Isaiah Horn,  and Malachi Horn; (6) nieces, Dominique, Monica, Keshia, and Derleshia Washington, Mykel and Imani Slater as well as a host of great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
