RALPH BOONE

Ralph Boone 83 was called to rest in the arms of The Lord on Saturday, March 29, 2025. 

He was born on August 31, 1941, in Akron, Ohio to the late Dennis and Leola Boone. 

Ralph accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age.  He was an exceptional father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to all he encountered.  He was employed at the Akron Beacon Journal as a district manager under the Teamsters union for transportation until retirement. 

Mr. Boone was preceded in death by his late former wife Emma Jean, sisters Eunice B. Knight, Mary Simmons, Ambrosia Jackson and Isabelle Boone.  Brothers Rufus, Dennis Jr. Walter and Herbert (Ferroline)Boone.

He leaves to mourn his passing, brother James Aleem Boone, his children Ralph Christopher, Theresa (John) Stafford and Pamela Boone.  Grandchildren Chris Jr., Jah, Tanisha, Tierra, T’Angela (Mike) Miller, Khalil, Nasir and Yasmine.

Great-Grandchildren Nevaeh, Eugene, Ezariah, Audrey, Mason, Carter and Jah Jr.
