MICHAEL K. MANNING

Michael Kevin Manning of Akron, a beloved son, brother, husband, and friend, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning of February 22, 2025, at the age of 65.

Michael was born to William and Donna Manning on September 1, 1959, in Akron, Ohio. He was the loving husband to Chona, the younger brother of Robert, the older brother of Timothy. He cherished his nieces and nephews.

Michael was a proud graduate of Buchtel High School, served in the United States Air Force, and worked for over 20 years at the US Post Office. Beyond his work, he found joy in his dogs, caring for his home, following his sports teams, watching Netflix, and spending time with family and friends. More than anything, though, Chona was the joy of his life.

Michael's legacy is one of exuberance for life and a tender, kind heart for those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
