Today, we celebrate the life of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Friend, Mrs. Mary L. (Everett) Hall. She was born in Cordele, GA on February 7, 1943. She peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday Feb 4, 2026.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Mrs. Essie (Everett) Johnson of Canton, Ohio, and two brothers, Eulas (Annie) Everett, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL, and George (Minnie) Everett of Cordele, GA.
She was a faithful member of Greater Bethel Apostolic Church where she received her Ministerial Fellowship papers through the P.A.W. She served in the Prison Ministry, Singles Ministry, Nurse’s Ministry, as well as the Ministerial Alliance assisting with nursing home visits. She was also known to some as the “Donut Lady” at church. She loved travelling, cooking Sunday dinner and spending time with her family. She lived to see 5 generations before entering her eternal resting place.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one sister, Ethel Mae Fulwood of Cordele, GA; eight children: Lonnie (Marilyn Everett, Teresa Everett, Lorenzo Everett, Katrina (John) Perry, Corrine (Lucas) Tindale, Taylor Hall, JaMar Hall, and Sherritta Hall, all of Canton, OH. She was blessed with grandchildren, great-grands, and great-great grands, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and a special cousin, Mrs. Jessie Kate Harmon of Cordele, GA.
