KENNETH MALONE

Kenneth "Kenny" Malone went home to be with the Lord on June 30, 2025, after a period of declining health.  Kenny was born in Akron, Ohio on May 14, 1957, to the late Cora Malone and Walter Malone. 

Kenny graduated from Akron South High School. Kenny was a long-term employee of the John S. Knight Center. He loved playing chess, where he enjoyed playing recreationally tournaments.  

Kenny is survived by his beautiful daughter, Ebony Smith, his sisters, Barbara Veal, Nancy Maddox, Lisa Johnson, Linda Malone, Denise Malone, Cherrie Malone, Jacqueline Robinson, Teresa Malone, and many friends from working at the John S. Knight Center and his apartment building.
