KAISHA L MASON

Kaisha L. Mason was born March 31, 1975, to Gwendolyn Mason and the late Willie L. Templeton Sr.  She gained her wings July 17, 2025. 

Kaisha attended Buchtel High School laying the foundation for life defined by hard work and fierce devotion to family. 

Kaisha worked in the food industry and was a cook for SWAG Community Camp. Kaisha was the manager at Mr. Hero for more than 20 years.

Kaisha was so sweet and cared for every person she came in contact with.  Compassion was her middle name, comforting and counseling every person she encountered. 

Kaisha was preceded in death by her father, Willie L. Templeton Sr.; brother, David (Barbie) Templeton.

She will be missed by her mother, Gwendolyn Mason; her children, Kamesha Mason (Tavaris Ellis), Kimyatta Mason, and Timmia Mason; grandchildren,   Samiya Paige, Malachi Paige, Kreah Ellis, Kendall Mason, Kingston Mason, Kylan McElrath, Ka’Leah McElrath; siblings, Kimberly Mason (Andre Jenkins), Leah (Tony) Maple, Michael Mason, Willie (Donna) Templeton Jr., Susie (Robert) Brown, James Templeton Sr., Nikol White, Michael Livingston, Tasha Templeton, Roberta Templeton, Aaron Burros, Matthew Burros, and Anthony Brunson; special friend, Timothy Gibson; favorite cousins, Dedra Ware-Payne and Crystal Cooper; family dog, Sharky, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and real friends.
