Joshua Adam Bennett, age 31, has gained his heavenly wings. Joshua was born to Robin Jordan Webber on December 10, 1990, but was adopted and raised by his grandmother Mary D. Bennett in Canton, Ohio.
Joshua was known to many as Cupp A Dolla, Cup, Dolla Bill and some even called him Bart. Joshua was baptized twice in his earthly life, once when he was 7 years old as a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and just last month Joshua rededicated his life to the Lord by being rebapitized in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit on December 26, 2021 at New Greater Peace Church.
Hearing Joshua’s nicknames you could tell he was all about his dollar bill and knew all too well how to get and collect a couple dollars to keep his pockets from being empty. Joshua was employed at Case Farms at the time of his passing.
Joshua was a kindhearted, soft spoken, funny, and a loyal son, brother, cousin, father and friend and anyone who knew and hung out with him would say so. Joshua was willing to lend a helping hand with whatever was needed no matter the situation was.
Joshua was preceded in death by his grandmother/ adopted mother, Mary D. Bennett on October 23, 2021; uncles, Lorenzo and Samuel D. Betts Sr.; daughter, Genesis J. Pleasant; nephew, La’Rijah Bennett.
Joshua leaves to forever cherish his memories and mourn his passing his birth mother, Robin Webber and stepfather Clem Webber; sisters, Nicole M. Bennett, Roxanne E. Bennett, Cynthia A. Bennett, Melinda A. Betts; brothers, Riley (Buddy Bud) Bennett and Lorenzo Dion Betts; sons, Ahmir Shackleford and Javion Bennett; aunts, Lillie Betts, Willadean Kidd and Jacqlyn Betts; (1) uncle, Jessie “Sug” Hill; (10) nieces and (11) nephews, plus (1) great on the way; special cousins, - The BBK Family; Timothy “TJ” Kelly, Adrian Betts, Pierre Betts, Justin Betts, JaQuayla Kelly, Samantha Betts, Latisha Betts, Cheleah Frazier, Leon Goodwin, Bobby Goodwin, and Deandre Tavares; special friends, Shanieque Pleasant, Dominique Turner and Kavone Grimes, as well as a host of cousins, family and friends.
