JASON CLARK "SLEEP" Obituary


Jason D. Clark, 47, departed this life on February 1, 2021 and will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. 

Jason played Peewee football for the Northwest Hawks for years. He participated in many youth activities including, basketball, track and football. Jason accepted the Lord as his savior as a child.

Jason graduated from Central Hower High School in 1991 participating in the carpentry program. He also obtained a degree in Culinary Arts from Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.

Jason was a laid-back type of guy, and he never held a grudge against anyone. He was also known as Smiley by the boys on the hill. He loved his lottery tickets and was an avid player. He previously worked at The Tangier Restaurant, and was known as “the Ice Cream Man”. He was last employed by JR Wheel in Barberton, Ohio.

Jason was a loving son, Dad, Uncle, brother, a great cousin and friend.

Jason is preceded in death by triplet brother, Joseph Daniel Clark, son, Damonta (Red) Martin, grandparents, Clarence & Luretha Beasley, and Jesse & Annie Clark Sr.

Jason leaves to cherish his memory,  Sons, Jamere Rollin & Jamal Clark; daughters, Jamaisha Rollin & Jamyia Clark;  Parents, Jesse & Belinda Clark Jr:  Brother/Best Friend/Twin- Jesse D. Clark (Bub); Sisters, Yolanda/ Deedee (William) Shropshire & Lonnie Folk; First Cousins that are just like siblings, Leotis Daggett, LaVonia Clark, Stephen Beasley, Ava Beasley, Shante Robinson, DeAire Robinson, Areo Clark, Antonio Mosley, Arlo Mosley, & Raymond Wanzo; Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many special friends of 20 years or better, along with a host of other loving family and friends.
