JAMES W. PRATT

James William Pratt, 67, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at his residence in Akron, Ohio. He was born on May 18, 1957, to the late John and Margaret Pratt Gillis. 

James better known as Jamie loved going to car shows, playing basketball, and playing cards with his family. Jamie was last employed at Metallic Resources.

James is preceded in death by his son, Richard Woods; and his sister, Margaret Patterson. 

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, wife, Sarah Pratt; sons, Thomas Woods, James Lamont and John Anthony Pratt; sisters, Elizabeth and Kelia; brothers, Larry (Kay) Pratt and Michael Pratt; nieces, Shaneek, Tyron, Iriel, Jamie as Jay, Nakita and Megan; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
