Fawntella was born in Akron, Ohio on May 20,1971 to Pamela Cook. She grew up in Akron, graduating from the Akron Public School System. She continued her education going on to further her education by obtaining a degree at The American Academy of Professional Coders and a B,A. in Health Administration at The University of Phoenix. She taught medical billing and coding at Harrison College in Grove City, Ohio. She was employed at Optum United Health Group at the time of her passing. Fawn, as she was lovingly called, married her best friend Damon May 31, 2009, they were the half of each other, To know her was to love her.
Fawn gained her heavenly wings January 13, 2022 after a battle with Covid Pneumonia. She was preceded in death by dad Gary Myers, and she leaves to cherish her memories husband, Damon , daughter, Elise (Benyah) Ysrael; sons, Deirre and Ryan Cook, Devon and Tyler Parmer; sisters, Dannielle (Nylan) Bell, Chanel (Denille) McCray, Margarite(Aaron) Burkett, brother, Dallas (Heather) Cook; granddaughters, Navii, Nina, Nasiyah; mother, Pamela Cook, mother-in love Qwinita Bell; sisters-in love Camille Johnson, Chinille (John) Bell; special nieces Germany and Arden Bell along with a host of nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
