EDNA L. COPELAND

Edna L. Copeland, June 11,1949-December 21, 2025, Age: 76, passed away at Copley Health Center after a year-long journey with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

Edna was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt.

She graduated from Garfield High School, Hammel Business College in Executive Secretarial Management, and Mansfield Business College in Computer Accounting. She was employed by Kmart, Gold Circle, and Summit County Public Health Department, Vital Statistics.

She loved to cook, draw, and do arts and crafts in her spare time.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Copeland Jr., mother, Martha Copeland, Sister, Betty Green, Grandsons, Teri McCoy-Smith and Richard McCoy.

She leaves to mourn her three children: Thelma McCoy, Clyde McCoy II, and Shawn McCoy. Grandchildren: Jasmine, Erik, Xavier, Christopher, Tyler, DeAndre, Elijah, Shaddia, Ulani, Kyaijha, Shareif, Yasir. Great-grandchildren: Dazmin, Drayden, Dakhari. Siblings: Dorothy Provo, Walter Copeland III, Robert Copeland, Michael Copeland, Linda (William) Butler, and a host of family and friends.
