BRYON "BJ" JAMERSON

Bryon “BJ” Jamerson was born on August 23, 1958 to William Sheppard & Virginia (Oliver) Jamerson in Canton, OH.  He was received by his Heavenly Father on December 11, 2018. 

Bryon accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior at an early age.  He married Charlotte Torrence in 1983.  Bryon worked at LSI Graphics Solutions for 18 years and was involved in many activities throughout his years, which include:  Bryon, also affectionately known as “Deek” was a member of Deliverance Christian Church for over 30 years and served in the capacity of Deacon, delivering lunches to the homeless, Help A Brotha Out ministry, and Sunday School Assistant Superintendent.  He also coached Youth Football.  

Bryon is preceded in death by his father; brothers Wayne D. Jamerson, Bernard Jamerson; mother-in-law Rosie (Arthur) Doyle; sister-in-law Medrica Dover, and Special Friend Jerald Long.

Bryon leaves to cherish 35 years of memories to his wife Charlotte; mother, Virginia; sons, Robert Jamerson and Francisco (Valecia) Jamerson; daughters, Antoinette McElroy and RaeShawna Jamerson; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Deborah Jamerson; brothers, Gary Jamerson, Wesley Jamerson, and James Jamerson; sister-in-laws, Darlene Austin of Michigan, Denise (Julius) Edwards of Michigan, Rosa Williams of Florida, Michele Stokes of Canton; brother, William (Ramona) Torrence of Michigan; Special Friends, Barry Wright; the “Breakfast Club” Doris Blunt and J.W. Allen; Special Cousin, Ben Strong; Special Family, The Wilcoxs; Godchildren, Yvonne Dinkins and Derek Long; Spiritual Parents, Pastor Warren Chavers and Connie Chavers; and a host of family and friends.
