BEVERLY STALLWORTH

Beverly Stallworth, 66, passed away peacefully around her loving family on November 25, 2025. She was born in Akron, Ohio to Katie and Charles Mapp on July 28, 1959. She attended the Akron Public Schools and graduated from Garfield High School, Class of 1976. Beverly was married to her high school sweetheart Michael Stallworth for nearly 50 years.

Throughout Beverly's career, she was employed by Akron Children's Hospital, Akron General Hospital, and Summa Health System before she retired and relocated to Florida. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, food, photography, gardening, traveling, going on cruises, and took a special interest in family history and genealogy.

Beverly is preceded in death by her husband Michael; father Charles Mapp; sisters Eva Mapp and Carolyn Fryer.

She is survived by her 4 children; Shajuana Stallworth, Kristina (John) Stallworth-Williams, LaToya (Tony) Jones, and Michael (Megan) Stallworth II; mother Katie Mapp; siblings Sharon (Michael) Martin, Charles Mapp Jr.; Dawn Mapp, Michele (James) Burke; (15) grandchildren, Tatiyana Williams, Asia Stallworth, Andrew Gamble, Traiana (Kyle) Tretter, Alexa Jones, Makayla Williams, Bethany (Ethan) Yerian, Joseph Boyer, Johniah (Khaleel) Williams-Bahar, Paris Williams, Amira Stallworth, Isabelle Campbell, Ashlyn Jones, André Stallworth, Khairi Williams; (6) great-grandchildren; Ka'Myra Williams, Kalarey Collier Jr., Celeste' Hernandez, Blessing Williams, Josiah Jones, and Messiah Bahar; special cousins Cecelia Riley-Boykin, Sharon Turner, and Andrea Carswell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
