ALBERTA JONES

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Alberta Jones of Massillon, Ohio. Alberta was born in Alabama on August 26, 1945, to parents Hattie Bell and Washington Carroll, Sr.

Alberta lived a life filled with love – a mother to many – some by birth to others who just needed guidance. She fed souls with her cooking and for anyone who had the privilege of eating her Sunday dinner – you know her food could change lives.

Alberta leaves behind many to remember her life – Geraldine Jones (daughter), Jermaine Hinton (son), Grandchildren – Zeyah Frazier, Domanick Jones, Kelsie Heil, Michael Jones, Jayson Johnson, Alexa Jones and Xavier Hinton as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by Annette Jones (daughter).

In honor of Alberta’s wishes – no public services will be held.
