Willie A. Carter, age 82 of Canton, Ohio passed away September 13, 2017. He was preceded in death by Rosie and Rayphil Carter; sister, Martha Harvey; brothers, Paul , Silas and George Carter; son, Devon Carter; daughter, Ladele Carter. Willie leaves to cherish his memory his children: Jeffery, Pam, Danny; sister, Rosie Graves; brothers, Alton and Rayphil Carter; special thank you to his nephew Rick Harvey for taking care of him as well as a host of other relatives and friends
