He spent quality time with his grandkids and kept hope in his favorite team the Cleveland Browns. Leon's health began to decline and after a long hospital and nursing stay, he went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2017. Leon is survived by his mother Tempie Lee Frazier; his aunt Azie Lee Holley of Miami Gardens, Florida, he was a proud father of his two daughters Ann(Raymond) Hicks, Stephanie Frazier(Darnell Mumford); he is the eldest of his five siblings John(Debra), Robert(Edelaide), Arthur(Liz), Mary, & Isaiah; he is an adored grandfather of Anthony, Aquana, Aaron, Adasia Diggs and Darshanae, Dominique, Demetrius, Shardai'Ja, and Ashanti Mumford; he has three great-grandchildren Aaron, Santana, & Alaysia; a step-son Eugene LaPrade who he help raise and remained close to throughout the years; a confidant and close friend Kevin Kopan, and a close family friend Brenda Dansby-Keith who enjoyed cooking for him and family.
