William E. Callaway Sr. "PaPa" "Bill" went home to be with the Lord on September 8, 2014. He was born on July 31, 1954 to Walter L. Callaway Sr. and Mary V. Smith. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter L. Callaway Sr., grandparents, John T. Smith Sr. and Lois E. Guin; brother, Johnny Smith. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, mother, Mary V. Callaway of Akron; son, William E. Callaway Jr. of Maryland; brothers, Walter L. Callaway Jr. and Ricky Callaway both of Akron; sisters, Sandra (Leonard) Zanders of Akron, Annette (Willie) Little of Akron, Brenda (Lewis) Brown of Massillon, Oh, Deborah Callaway of Akron and Mary (Charles) Guthrie of Akron; special friend, Wanda Jean of Akron; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 20, 2014 at 1pm at Rhoden Memorial Home. Family will receive friends from 12 until time of service. Pastor David Nelson, Officiating.
