William Earl Allison, affectionately known as "Junebug" by his family and close friends, passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 6, 2024, after a long battle with illness.
Born to William Earl Blakely and Illinois Allison on June 18,1965 in Akron, Ohio, he was a diesel mechanic by trade and a jack of all trades for everything else. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix or didn't know about. William was an avid dog lover and shared this passion with his granddaughter Miranda who was by his side as they watched the kennel club dog shows on TV or on their special movie nights.
Preceded in death by his parents and family members, Sister-in Law Donna Allison, Father-in-law Waymon Greer and brothers-in law Marlon (Roy) Ferguson and James (Jimmy) Ferguson. He leaves to cherish his memory loving and constant companion, of 26 years, wife Teresa and his children, Illinois (Leon) Peters, William (Celicia) Allison Jr, Brandon (Jesalynee) Allison, Isaiah (Aleka) Allison, N'Cole Allison,stepson Kenny (Marcia) and Marquis McSwain. Grandchildren, Kimora, Koby, Zylin, Caydance, William III, Saharra, Aubree, Isaiah Jr, Aidan and step grandchildren, Jaylen, Miranda, Jhamir, Jasmine and Jermiah "Scoops" McSwain.
Beloved brother and sisters Henry Allison (Inglewood CA), Irma Smith Cynthia Solomon, Brenda Mosby, Darlene Blakely and Christine Morris. Sisters- in law Gail (George) Davis, Columbus, OH, Lisa (Ron) Peake, Robyn (Keith) Nelloms and Brothers-in law, Tracy Greer, (Penn.) Kevin Greer, Scott (Sharlena) Greer (Columbus, OH), Keith (Carolyn) Greer, (Miami Fla), March (Nedra)Ferguson, Josh (Lisa) Ferguson and Wayne (Markita) McCraney. Mother-in-law Sandra Greer and Mother and Father-in-law Barbara and March Ferguson. Best friend and nephew Edward Witcher an best friend Rusty Love and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
