On Saturday, December 30, 2017 Wilbert Lane made his transition home to be with the Lord at the age of 71. He was born on February 4, 1946 in Marshallville, Georgia to his parents, Henry and Annie Mae Lane. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Annie Mae Lane; and brother, Gary Allen. He leaves to forever cherish his loving memory his sons, Andre Moore and Anthony Lane both of Akron; daughters, Valecia White of Akron, JoeAn Jones of Houston, TX and Kimberly Moore of Akron; brothers, Wayman McLane of Akron and Danny (Alice) Boyer of East Orange, NJ; sisters, Annie Ruth McLane, Kay Isaiah, Renata McLane all of Akron; nephew, Roland (Audrey) McLane of Akron; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews other loving relatives and many friends.
