Walter M. Bristow was born on December 17, 1951. He went home to be with the Lord on March 4, 2021. Walter Bristow has been a resident of this community for several years and he retired from Sunoco Products after 44 years.

Walter Bristow is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Bernetha Bristow and grandson Jamar Carey. He is survived by many loved ones. Ulysses Bristow (brother), his four children, Maria Ivory, Walter Carey, Lanene, and Lanesa Bristow. Grandkids, Donovan Carey, Jataveean Carey, Jakia Ivory, Shaundrea Ivory, Thomas Bradford, Derrick Williams, Daechanea Williams, Giovanni Carey, Jamall Bristow, Xander Smith, and Shaymonay Bristow. Followed by eighteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
