Vincent Dean Griffin "Vinny" born June 21, 1966, was the youngest and only son of Doris Griffin and the baby brother of 2 sisters Constance and Crystal.
Vincent began working early in his young adult life. He was employed at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, held several jobs in between S&A Industries being his last employer, and later worked at Flambeau in Wadsworth, Ohio. Vincent attended Margaret Park Elementary, Portage Path Elementary, and Kenmore High School.
Vincent accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized on January 24, 2026, in his home by Pastor Stacey Jenkins.
Vincent was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Griffin; son, Dorian Graham; nephew, James Creighton (CT) Tyler; and great nephew, Diamond Fisk Jr.
He is survived by his son De'Jaun Griffin and daughter T'Abree Foster; sisters, Constand Ford and Crystal Griffin Boykins; devoted companion, Jesse Graham and former wife Terri Gibson. Jesse along with his sisters are greatly appreciated for the support and loving care for Vincent during his short but courageous battle with cancer. The love and support shown during this time was deeply appreciated.
Vincent leaves to cherish his memory a host of nieces and nephews, including LaDore Sales, Antoleena Boykins (Butter), Chief, and Carol Boykins (Booger). He is also survived by his great nieces and great nephews, Montena Pitts, Markel Moore, Algyn Kerney II, D'Amore Scott, Aspen Boykins, Destin Scott Jr, and D'iora Tyler Scott; his great-great nephew, Kaanan Millender Jr. Vincent is also remembered by his childhood male role model, Larry Spencer; special brother and sister cousins, Ju Griff and Hurricane Katrina Griffin of New Orleans; his extended sister, Dorthy Hood of California; special friend from years ago Carla Wyatt and his beloved fur babies Bella and Love.
Vincent will forever be remembered for his strength, faith, love, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew. him.
