Victor Bernard Bell, was born in Canton, Ohio on May 21, 1965 to the late Johnnie Mae Martin and Eugene Bell.  He left his earthly vessel to  be with his heavenly Father on Monday, May 4, 2020.

He was the youngest of two sons.  Victor was a loving man with a big heart.  Victor was a big teddy bear.  He was a loving brother, uncle,  nephew, cousin, and friend.  When he was younger he was very athletic.  He was also a big break dancer in his day.  Victor loved music very much.  He had a great since of humor and a caring smile.  Victor would always try to lift your spirits if he knew you were down. He attended McKinley High School and went on to get his GED.   Victor lived a short while in Akron, Ohio, where he gave his life to the Lord  at Zion Apostolic Church. There he gave many motivational speeches to his congregation.   Victor never met a stranger, and to know him is to love him.  He would spark up a conversation with anyone, because he loved to talk.

In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his grandmothers Mary A. Lowe, Edna May Freeman; grandfathers, Robert Lowe, Elder Charles Mayo.

He leaves to cherish the memories of his love, kindness, and laughter to  his wife Jerilyn Bell; daughter Briana Curtis; father, Eugene Bell, stepfather, Earl Martin (1) brother, Gino Maurice Bell; nieces, Tamia S. Bell, Ashley Bruins; nephew Gamiere Bell; aunts, Rochell Hinton of Canton, Thelma Gordon of Akron, Dorothy Ward of Atlanta, Lavern (Tyrone) Mills of Colorado, Edna Armstrong of Philadelphia, Burnice Hurst of St. Louis, Illinois, Florence E. Kay and Hattie Love; uncle, Aaron Mayo of Canton, as well as a host of other relatives and friends
