Vaughn Revere Hammond transitioned from vision to victory October 13, 2021.  Vaughn was born August 6, 1963,  to Delores and Revere Hammond.

Vaughn was a fierce baseball player and a good bowler for a lot of years.  He also had  a couple hobbies, like going to the gun range, fishing, and he loved to cook.  Vaughn served faithfully a Pinnacle Worship Assembly under Pastor Raniece Kirklin.  Vaughn went on to perfect his love for cooking at Johnson and Wales Culinary School.  Vaughn was also a very hard worker.  As a young man and adult, Vaughn worked at Merqus while in high school, then went on to work for Red Lobster for 27 years as a cook.

Vaughn leaves to cherish his memory and legacy to his wife, Cynthia; (3) children, Javonna, Issac, and Gianna; mother, Delores Hammond (nee. Bush) ; father, Revere (Barbara) Hammond; (2) brothers, Damon (Denise) Hammond, Rodney (Lanita); (2) sisters, Tamika Hammond, Fallon Hammond, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles,  close cousins and friends.
