Tyrone Reed, 72, shipped into the loving arms of the Lord on Friday, April 7, 2023 after a long illness. Tyrone was born in Barberton, Ohio on February 27, 1951 to Doretha Peterson. Tyrone was a welder, he detailed cars, was a scrapper and he loved to bake pies and cobblers. Tyrone was such a gentleman and he loved his family and friends. Tyrone never met a stranger and was such a people person. He loved to talk and tell stories and he loved the Lord.

Tyrone is preceded in death by his mother, Doretha Peterson; sons, William C. Reed and Tyrone Reed, Jr.; grandfather, Augustus Reed; brothers, William P. and Jessie E. Peterson; sister, Debbie Peterson, all from Barberton.

He is survived by his loving wife, Anna; son, Jerome Reed; daughter, Doretha Reed both from Barberton; sister, Barbara Littlejohn of Cleveland, Ohio; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
