Trudie Stell-Allen gracefully went to heaven on November 10 ,2016 in her sleep on her chair, knowing Trudie, that's exactly how she wanted it. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma to Josephine Wesley and Manuel Stell along with three sistes, Armagene, May and Betty and one brother Martin.  As a child Trudie grew up in Oklahoma where she attended school and graduated. Later in life she moved to Massillon, Ohio where she met Lent Allen. They fell in love and wedded on March 24, 1974 and stayed married until the end. Eventually she found a church home and became a member at Shiloh Baptist Church. Trudie was dedicated to the church. She was a missionary for more than 30 years. At one point she was the pastors aide, assisted in event coordinating/decorating and even singing in the choir for some time. In her 42 years of marriage to Lent Allen she automatically became part of his family where she fit right n and even helped raise so many of Lent Allen's nieces and nephews. She leaves behind countless nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.  She was our Auntie, not just Lent's wife.  Trudie had a personality that was one of a kind. She was very outspoken, loving, giving, so helpful and so much fun. She was a straight forward person, so you knew where you stood with her. She had this thing where she barely called anyone by their actual name. She had a nickname for everybody and it could change from one day to the next, but that was her way of showing endearment. She leaves to cherish her precious memory her husband, (1) daughter, Angie and (1) granddaughter. She will truly be missed by her family, church family and friends.
