Went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2019, after a brief illness. Born on February 27, 1963 to the late Roosevelt Jefferson and Ila Stinnett. She was born and raised in Mansfield, OH and received her education from Mansfield public schools. Tracy loved to care for her children, work, and spend time with family and friends. She spent her time being a full-time mother, grandmother, and wife.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sisters, Amanda Stinnett and Marianne Gordan; brother, Trent Jefferson; grandchildren, Dre'Vehion Lloyd and Jalayazia Cline.

Tracy leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband, Rufus Grier; sons, Jerry and Cordell Ware; daughters,  Latrice and Artevia Ware, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
