Torrey Anthony Burris was born on June 8, 1974 and went home to be with the Lord September 22, 2021.

Torrey Anthony loved to do tattoos, it was his craft. Torrey Anthony loved his family, especially his sister Peggy, they were like two peas in a pot. Torrey loved to make people laugh and I mean he really loved to make people laugh.

Torrey was preceded in death by his mother, Rachel Burris and his father Dirk Thomas Sr.;  grandmothers,  Peggy Mayfield and Geraldine Thomas; and grandfather, Earl Thomas.

Torrey leaves to mourn his death his sisters, Peggy Burris, Shyla Green, Delilah Devon and Brittany     Thomas;  brothers, Terrence Burris, Dirk Thomas Jr, and Cortez Clinton; his children, Destiny Vinson and DeSean Carmichael; 6 grandchildren; special friend Lynn Vinson; and a host of nieces,  nephews, other family and friends. Torrey will be truly missed.
