Tori Rachelle Mann, Saint Mother Lottie, passed away September 18, 2024, at the age of 67.  Tori was born to Wanda Henson Mann and Ozzie Manton Mann. She graduated from Buchtel High School and the University of Akron.

After a long career, she retired from the Department of Job and Family Service. Mother Lottie was a faithful member of Light of Christ Christian Center, and she loved her church. She spent her time enjoying life by giving and therefore was given the nickname Lottie because she gave a "lot".  Best known for her loving nature, and generous spirit, she was especially notorious for her party throwing and flower giving. She was gifted in her cake making, cake decorating, decorating, and cooking. She is remembered for touching so many lives with her missionary work, diligently giving warm gloves and bus passes to all in need.  She was always willing to offer prayers, guidance, and a shoulder to cry on. She offered love and joy to all that she met. If you were one of those that was touched by her strength, please remember to pass on her kindness.

She was preceded in death by her mother Wanda Henson Mann and Sister Darlene Mann. Tori is survived by her Father Ozzie Mann, Siblings Antonio Mann, Todd Mann, Dawn Mann, and Monique (Mann) Sanders, and many other Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, God Family, and Friends.

A service will be held at the Rhoden funeral home on September 27, 2024, at 12pm, please come for the wake or viewing at 11:00am. She will be buried at Mount Peace cemetery. The Repass dinner will be held at Kenmore community center immediately after the committal.

Her family finds great comfort in knowing that She lives on through the love she shared, and the memories that will be cherished forever.
