Tongala L. Siler , age 59, went home to be with the Lord on October 29, 2021.  She was born at Lockbourne Air Force Base in Columbus, Ohio on April 19, 1962 to Ruby and the late Lawrence E. Siler.

Tongala was a very ambitious, smart, young lady with a winning personality.  To say the least, Tongala never met a stranger.  Her infectious smile and stimulating conversation would captivate  everyone's attention in an instant.

Tongala loved life and lived it to the fullest.  She was a member of Apostolic Faith Assembly, where she loved to worship under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Green.  She was an active member of the Women's Auxillary of the Canton Oldtimers.  She was employed with her grandmother, at White Oaks Nursing Home, McDonalds, and Ashland Oil.

In addition to her father, Tongala was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lula (Holden) Goldthwaite,  Rufus and Ludell Holden,   James Siler, Willie (Florence Siler) Moore;  brother, Reno Siler; aunt, Roshelle Goldthwaite; uncle, Eugene Tyner.

Tongala leaves to cherish her precious memory her beloved mother, Ruby L. Siler; stepmother, Catherine Siler; brother, Vincent (Michon) E. Siler of Centreville,  Virginia; sisters, Jonetta Ross, Venus Siler, Tamika Siler, Caprese  Siler; nieces, Narvis Smith, Jaide Siler; nephews, Ronaldo "Reno"  Ray Siler Jr., Vincent Edward Siler Jr., and V'Andre Marcel Siler.
