Theodore Holt, Jr. was the second child of Theodore Holt, Sr. and Winnie Holt. He entered this world on May 11, 1946. He departed this life on October 22, 2021.

Theodore attended and graduated from Akron Public Schools. He also attended and graduated from a culinary school in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age at United Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. John H. Hall. He attended several churches prior to making Zion Temple his home church, where he was a dedicated and faithful member. There he was an Usher and a member of the Men's Group.

Theodore is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Holt, Sr. and Winnie Holt; two wives, Jo Anne Holley Holt and Adrianna Buchanan Holt. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, four children, Stacey L. Holt (Leslie Roberts), Angelo Holt, Shawn Holt and David Holt, all of Akron; two sisters, Irene Pugh (William Mann) and Madelyn Pugh; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
