Tammy Sue Rings-Clark, 53, passed away on December 17, 2019 at Akron City Hospital, after an extended illness. She was born on July 25, 1966 in Akron, Ohio and she attended Garfield High school. She was loved and known by many and she loved God and her family with all of her heart. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Germaine Rings and her youngest son, Kenneth (Bubsy) L. Clark Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Kenneth L.
