On January 8, 2019, Susie Roberta Peterson made her heavenly transition from this earthly home to her heavenly home at the age of 81. Susie, was born July 5th,1937, to her parents John E. Merriweather and Julia Bullock in Luverne, Alabama. Susie, was a avid homemaker, a loving wife to her loving husband JD Peterson of 64 years of marriage. Susie was a loving mother to her children, loving grandmother, loving great grandmother and sister, for her entire life. Susie's entire life was dedicated to her children, family and her faith in GOD. Susie, was a  dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children, grand children and embraced them with love at every moment. Susie, has instilled strong family values in all of her family members a living legacy. Susie had a vivacious personality and would always make people happy when in her presence. She made friends everywhere she went. Susie, never met a stranger, her heart was golden and would open up her home to many. Susie, would give her last dime if she felt it would help someone. To know her is to love her as we do.
