Steve Wright, 28, passed away on December 10, 2017. He was born on January 17, 1989 to his parents, Dawn Cherry and Terrance Slayton. He graduated from Akron Public Schools. He was a member of Eagles Nest Ministries in Huntsville, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his step-father, Craig Warren Sr. Steve leaves to forever cherish his memory parents, mother, Dawn Cherry-Warren, and Terrance (Pamela) Slayton; daughters, N'ycole Kirksey and Naomi Knuckles; brothers, Devin Rucker and Craig Warren Jr.; sisters, Craisean Warren and Lynn Graham; grandmothers, Marilyn Cherry and Lula Slayton; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends. Home Going celebration will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Church of God MPGT, 200 Cole Ave., Akron, Ohio 44301.  Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
