Stephanie M Palmer (Teddy) was born February 3rd, 1967, in Barberton, OH to the late Theodore Scott & Rosetta Wilson. She was a lifetime resident of Akron & Barberton Ohio before she transitioned on January 1, 2022.

Stephanie was employed as a Transportation Dispatcher with Panther Logistics before she fought her battle with her Illness. Stephanie was nothing short of amazing during the 16 years she was on dialysis. She remained patient, kind and resilient. Her willingness to keep going will forever be admired.

Stephanie was strong! Despite her illness she still made an effort to do the things she loved. She was loyal, giving and held no punches. Stephanie could take the worst situation and make it seem so small, a gift that will be deeply missed. She enjoyed playing basketball at Barberton High and Central State University. Playing cards was her favorite thing to do with her friends and family. She thoroughly enjoyed gathering with her cousins and friends to reminisce and laugh with one another. Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye, she gave her last to make sure they were happy. To her children, late son Derrick she wanted to protect you, Isiah she spoiled and Dorothy she leaned on for strength.

She is preceded in death by father Theodore Scott, mother Rosetta Wilson, great grandparents Vallie (James) Watkins, grandparents Adger (Minus) Jenkins, William (Mary) Palmer and Ellen (Fred) Scott, brother Tracy Palmer, aunt Dorothy (Larry) Askew, nephew David Hart and son Derrick Palmer.

She leaves to cherish forever her children Dorothy (Adam) Sylvester and Isiah J Palmer; Siblings; Chevelle Norris, Kenneth Palmer, Gertrude Palmer, Kaprice Davis, Marcellia (Mack) Stephens, Carmallia Beasley, Dwayne James, stepmother Cynthia Scott, Aunt; Earnestine Ester, Lauren Tucker, Debra Doaty and Leila (David) Cheatham. Uncles; Fred (Kathy) Scott Jr, Robert (Brenda) Scott, Mackenzie (Martha) Scott, JC Palmer and Carter Scott; Grandchildren; Alexis, Nia, Italy, Imani, Derrick, Derrion and Addison.
