Priggett-Mosley
July 7, 1957 – April 8, 2025
Starlit Priggett Mosley was 67 years old when she made her transition in Akron, Ohio on April 8, 2025.
Starlit Priggett Mosley was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Detroit Public School at an early age and went on to continue her education at Marygrove College. After earning her degree, she pursued a career in healthcare, becoming a certified electrocardiogram technician. Starlit performed ECG and EKG procedures in hospitals throughout the Detroit area, contributing her skills to the well-being of countless patients.
Starlit was very stern, she always dressed to impress every day of the week. Starlit was the life of the party. She always had the best everything: houses, cars, jewelry and clothes. Starlit always tried to teach others about the importance of paying your bills and credit.
She had two people she confided in, Doris Greyson and Sherry Hernton.
Starlit is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Albert and Sylvia Priggett; her sister, Anna Eyvette Long; grandmother, Anna Long; brother, DeAngelo Priggett; nephew, Gary Long; and brother-in-law, Michael West Sr.
Starlit Priggett is survived by her spouse, Dallas Mosley; their son, Dallas Mosley, Jr. (LaKeisha Tatum-Mosley) and their seven children. She also leaves behind her siblings, Delrita West, Derwin (Shawn) Priggett, Yolanda (Antonio, Sr.) Bell and Tiffany Priggett; sister-in-law, Sylvia Priggett; stepmother, Doris Greyson; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, grandchildren, friends and special friends that meant the world to her.
