STANLEY B. GRANDISON, passed away on Valentines Day, February 14, 2019.  God called and  our precious son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend answered.  Stanley's earthly work is finished. Born in Akron, OH to Mary Lee and the late Richard Grandison, Jr., Stanley attended John R. Buchtel High School.  He was a lifetime member of Mt. Haven Missionary Baptist Church and worked many years for Bessemer Farms which was his passion.  He also loved to travel and had contagious smile and a heart of gold.  Preceded in death by his father, he leaves to cherish his loving memory, mother, Mary Lee Grandison; sister, Eldora Grandison Martinez; brother, Carlos O. Grandison; 5 children; 2 grandchildren (One on the way) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends including life long friend, Terrie E. Nurse.  Homegoing  service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019, 11:00 AM at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, OH 44306, where the family will receive friends from 10 A.m. until time of service.
