Sonya R Cutler was born August 4, 1965 in Canton, Ohio to Thomas Clark and Patricia Young. She departed this life March 17, 2024 following an extended illness. Sonya graduated from Green High School in Franklin Furnace and continued her education at Central State University. She received an Associates degree in psychology and was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Sonya was a dedicated worker and held down many supervisory roles. Sonya worked for Time Warner Cable for over 20 years, VXI and most recent FedEx. She spent time in service volunteering for civic organizations such as the Palace Theatre and Clearview HOPE. Sonya spent many years bartending and was regarded as one of the best bartenders around. She was known and loved by many. Sonya is proceeded in death by both of her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, James Travis Cutler; daughter, Tiffiny Cutler; grandsons, James Travis Cutler Jr and Cordae Mills; brothers, Henry Young, Thomas Clark and Joseph Clark; sisters, Coleen Clark, Vicki Clark and Angela Hawkins; niece, Whitney Watson; special cousin, Martha Mitchell; best friends, Cathy Burkes, Natalie Smallwood and Nia Jeter.
