Shirley Mae (Bingham) Price, 88 of 3320 Columbus Dr., Holiday, Florida, passed away on  Monday April 10th at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus Ohio.

Mrs. Price was born on May 5, 1934 in Salem, Ohio to parents William Stanley Bingham and Marietta L. Johnston Bigham Jones.  Mrs. Price resided most of her life and raised all her children in Salem, Ohio.  She moved to Columbus Ohio in 2005 where she remained until 2022 where she made her home in Florida.

Mrs. Price was a graduated of Salem High School in 1953.  Mrs. Price married Thomas Price and had 5 children. Mrs. Price worked at Packard Electric and the Mahoning County Extension.  She later worked with SCAPPA and then became the Director of Alliance of Churches where she retired.  Throughout her life she played the piano for numerous churches like Tabernacle, Second Baptist, St. Lukes all in Alliance, Ohio and Ashbury Chapel In Waynesburg, Ohio.  Mrs. Price played for several groups like Sons of Bethel out of Youngstown, Ohio and her daughters The Price Sisters.

Mrs. Price is survived by her 4 children: Thomas Gerald. Price, Spokane Washington; Terrance Eli Price, Magnolia, Ohio; Esther Jannell Carter, Columbus, Ohio and Corrennia Elizabeth Price, Holiday Florida.  One Sister Louise (Richard) Proctor, of Salem, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 1 daughter Carolyn Jane Price, 3 brothers: Gerald Bingham, Emerson Robert Bingham and James Bingham and 1 sister, Wilma W. Carter.
