Shirley Ann Coleman was called from earth to glory at the age of 70 on February 11th 2024 When God wrapped His arms around her and whispered come and take your rest. Shirley was born July 20th, 1953, in Manhattan, New York to the late James Coleman and Dorothy Smith. Shirley attended Ravenna public schools. She was a Secretary at Parks and Recreation of Mentor Oh, she was a Beautician, a Master Mixologist. Shirley lived with her sister Edna she later got Baptise and became a member of Community Baptist Church under the late CV Ferrell. She later moved to Akron, Oh Shirley loved her family and friends. She never met a stranger she was a gentle soul and would give you the shirt off her back, she always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed old school music Picinic and BBQ's and family members would call her Miss Ann. Shirley is survived by her sons AbdulShakoor & Lucius Coleman and sister Barbara Smith and two brothers Michael-(Adrienne) Coleman Mathew Jordan. Shirley was Preceded death by her parents James Coleman, and Dorothy Smith, her sister Edna and William Stevens. Brothers Lawrence Smithers, Marvin Hargro. Best friend Sheila longmire. She has Grandchildren and great grands, great nieces and Nephews a host of cousins and friends.
