Sesseley  (Riggins)  Finn passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 18, 2021.

She lived a vibrant life with a beautiful soul.  She was intelligent, a hard worker, a loving, and supportive mother.  She could light up a room with her captivating smile, sparkling personality, and great sense of humor.

She loved to dance, sing and attend concerts.  She also had a passion for growing plants, and flowers.

Sesseley is preceded in death by her mother/great aunt, Essie Mae Williams-Wilson and father/great uncle, Grant Wilson, both who raised her from an infant; biological mother, Hazel Riggins; biological father, Lloyd Bell; children, Paris Riggins, Brenda Riggins, Andrew Riggins, and Charleston Eutsey Sr.

She is survived by her daughters, Shirlunda Riggins and Marita Rodriquez; grandchildren, Drewmon Watson and Imani Frazier, as well as her sisters, brother, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
