Scott Anthony Williams, the 7th child, of the late Velia and Felder Williams was born on July 7, 1950, making him the 7th child, born on the 7th day of the 7th month.

Scott departed this life suddenly on December 8, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center.  He spent his childhood in Waynesburg, Ohio.  Scott graduated from Sandy Valley High School in 1968, where he played football, basketball, and sang in the choir.

He was a lifetime member of Asbury Chapel, where he was active n the choir.  Scott also served as a Pastoral Stewart.  He sang with the Chapeliers, a male group formed by the men of Asbury Chapel.  Scott had a heavenly voice and loved to sing, leading many songs in the gospel choir and the Chapeliers.

Scott was a people person, a God-fearing man, who treated everyone special and knew no strangers.  He was a devoted fan of the Celveland Browns and spent countless hours as a Monday morning quarterback and Saturday afternoon coach.  He also served as coach for the Mighty Mights baseball and football teams, winning many trophies.

In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Wilma Jean Williams; mother and father-in-law, Dorthy and Warren Mayle; sister, Melinda Ann Willams; brothers, Teddy, Kenneth "Champ", and Howard Williams, Mark Williams; brother-in-law and best friend, Johnny Mayle; brothers-in-law, Corky Williams and Phillip Gillespie; sister-in-law, Lovie Williams.

Scott leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Candace; sons, Theodore (Kayla), Shannon (Corey) all of Canton; beloved sisters, Donna Jean, Vicki, Denise, Marsha (Freddie), Andrea (Fox); brothers, Tommy and Greg of Canton; grandchildren, Jovan of Florida, Tracy "Baby", Marcel, Clearra, Chanon, Victor, Dominick, and Tanaysia (the love of his life); great grandson, Kingston; special niece, Shakara; special nephews, Martez and Scott; special friend, Mike Stevens, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
