Sarah F. Henry was born in Steens, Mississippi to the parents of Joseph and Lillie Pearl Sturdivant. On July 3, 2023, the Lord ushered her in through His pearly gates. We know she is rejoicing to see our Heavenly Father face-to-face because He died on Calvary Cross so that mom (and others) can spend eternal life with Him.

We are happy she is walking around heaven and reunited with her husband (our dad), her mom and dad, and other family members. Even though she is with them, we wanted her here longer. We cannot wait to see her again. She was an EXCELLENT mom and we are thankful to the Lord for blessing us with her. If we had 10,000 tongues, we cannot thank Him enough for what he has done for us as a family and is still working His miracles in our lives. We trust and believe we can make it because He is holding us up.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mack Leonard Henry; father and mother, Joseph and Lillie Pearl Sturdivant; sister, Ottie M. Smith; and two brothers, Joseph (Jr.) and Major Sturdivant.

She leaves to mourn her memories, two daughters, Brenda Henry and Margaret Preer in Akron, Ohio; grandson, Jeremy Preer (Anita) in Columbus, Ohio; and a host of other family members and friends.
